Need help with the Funi app? We're here for you! This article outlines the different ways you can reach our support team and find helpful resources.

Having trouble using Funi or have a question? Here's how to get the help you need:

In-App Support via Messenger: The quickest way to get assistance is directly through the Funi app.

  • Step 1: Open the Funi app on your mobile device.

  • Step 2: Navigate to the Settings screen. You can find this by tapping the settings icon in the bottom navigation bar.

  • Step 3: Scroll down to the Support section.

  • Step 4: Tap on Contact Support. This will open the Messenger, where you can chat with our support team.

Email Support: For general inquiries, questions about plans or pricing, or enterprise contracts, you can reach us via email.

  • Step 1: Open your email application.

  • Step 2: Compose a new email to [email protected].

  • Step 3: Clearly describe your issue or question in the email body.

  • Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • This option should only be used for general inquiries, questions about plans or pricing, or business contracts. For faster responses to issues you may be experiencing with the application, please use the In-App Support via Messenger option.

Help Center: Explore our comprehensive Help Center for articles and guides on using Funi.

  • Step 1: You can access the Help Center directly from our website or through the app.

    • From the App: In the Settings screen, under the Support section, tap on Help Center. This will open the Help Center in an in-app browser.

    • From a Web Browser: Visit https://help.funi.ai in your web browser.

  • Step 2: Browse categories or use the search bar to find articles related to your question.

System Status Page: Check our System Status page for real-time updates on Funi's operational status.

  • Step 1: You can access the System Status page from our website or through the app.

    • From the App: In the Settings screen, under the Support section, tap on System Status. This will open the System Status page in an in-app browser.

    • From a Web Browser: Visit https://status.funi.ai in your web browser.

  • Step 2: Review the page to see if there are any ongoing incidents or maintenance activities that might be affecting your experience.
