When creating a new listing in Funi, the first step is to tell us about the type of listing you want to create. This helps Funi's AI tailor the listing generation process to best suit your needs. You'll select a Listing Type, Deal Type, and Property Type to categorize your property accurately. Let's walk through how to make these selections.

Start Creating a Listing: Tap the Create menu in the bottom navigation bar of the Funi app. This will take you to the Listing Form start screen.

Get Started: If this is your first time creating a listing, you might see a guide screen. Tap Get Started to proceed to the multi-step form.

Select Listing Type: On the first step of the form, you'll see the question "Which of these best describes your place?". Here, you need to choose a listing type. Tap on the rectangular box that corresponds to your desired listing type:

- Residential Property: For houses and apartments intended for sale or long-term rent.
- Commercial Property: For offices, retail spaces, and other business-related properties for sale or rent.
- Vacation Rental: For properties like apartments, cabins, or unique stays intended for short-term rentals.

Select Deal Type: After selecting a listing type, you'll see deal type options at the bottom of the screen. Choose the option for the relevant deal type. The available options depend on your selected listing yype:

- For Residential Property and Commercial Property:
 - For Sale: Select if you are selling the property.
 - For Rent: Select if you are renting out the property for the long term.
- For Vacation Rental:
 - Entire Place: Choose if you are renting out the entire property to guests.
 - Room: Choose if you are renting out a private room within a property.

Tap Next: Once you've selected both the listing type and deal type, tap the Next button in the bottom right corner to move to the next step.

Select Property Type: On the second step, you will again see the question "Which of these best describes your place?". Now, you need to select the property type. Scroll through the options presented in square boxes and tap the one that best describes your property. The available property type options depend on the listing type you selected in the previous step.
